| Mudcake shredder Mudcake shredder is mainly used in the water treatment industry, cutting the mudcake into thin strips before being dried. There are two closely mounted cutting rollers with grooves, namely the driving roller and the driven roller, rotating in opposite directions to each other. While the mudcake gets in between the two rollers, the rotating rollers will squeeze it into grooves, forming a strip shape and the teeth of the scraper comb that's installed at the bottom of the cutting rollers scrapes the mudcake strip out of the grooves of the cutting rollers. In this way, the same volume of mudcake has several times more surface area that comes in contact with hot dry air, making the mudcake easier to dry. |

| AIF Mudcake slitter Mudcake slitter is mainly used in the water treatment industry, cutting the mudcake into thin strips before being dried. Due to improper operation during the dehydration, storage and transportation, small metal parts such as screws, nuts, steel blocks and other objects are often mixed with the mudcake. When these impurities are squeezed between two cutting rollers, it is easy to cause the rollers to get stuck, damaging the rollers, scraper comb and potentially other components which would affect the whole operation. To solve this issue, our company has come up with an all new AIF Mudcake slitter. When this machinery is running, once an object gets between the rollers, the PLC will automatically separate the rollers to let the object pass through before returning to its original position. |

| Scraper conveyor A scraper conveyor is a material transportation device utilizing a continuous, driven chain circuit equipped with regularly spaced cross members. The chain travels through a channel or trough which prevents the transported materials from falling off the conveyor, while the cross members, also named scraping plate/blade, drag or “scrape” them forward to the discharge point. It is also called drag chain conveyor. The design is ideal for slower transportation speeds over short distances, on moderate inclines.
