| 搪瓷拼装罐 搪瓷用钢板为钛合金专用钢板，强度为普通钢板的两倍，常用库存钢板厚度从3mm~8mm。钢板的内外两面喷上底釉和面釉，烘干后经过900℃高温加热，使钢板表面形成0.3mm厚的搪瓷涂层，搪瓷涂层不仅能阻止罐体钢板腐蚀，而且具有抗强酸，强碱的功能，并具有极强的抗磨损性。搪瓷钢板耐腐蚀特性非常适合在沼气能源领域应用，钢板之间的拼接，采用了钢板相互搭接和自锁螺栓连接形式，专用的密封材料镶嵌在两板重叠之间，达到了快速低耗的安装要求。罐体搪瓷钢板顶盖可保持5kpa的压力，罐体也可与膜式沼气储存柜组合，做成发酵产气与气体储存一体化装置。本公司可根据客户的需要用搪瓷钢板拼装成20~3000m3大小不同的储罐,便客户的使用。 搪瓷拼装罐的应用包括生活污水处理、工业污水处理、农业污水处理、医疗污水处理、矿山污水处理、沼气工程、沼气发酵工程、粮食储藏、石油化工等行业中的气体、液体和固体的密封储藏。在沼气工程中，拼装罐是各种有机物（如动物粪便、污水、秸秆等发酵原料）的储存和发酵的容器。 |
