Electromagnetic pulse valve Pulse solenoid valve, also known as diaphragm valve, is a pulse bag or cartridge dust collector ash cleaning jet system compressed air "switch", controlled by the pulse injection controller output signal, the filter bag row by row (chamber) spray cleaning, so that the resistance of the dust collector is kept within the set range, to ensure the processing capacity and dust collection efficiency of the dust collector. Electromagnetic pulse valve in the pulse dust collector plays a very important role, the working principle of electromagnetic pulse valve is to use the pulse of electricity into mechanical pulsation, so that the pulsating gas of the powerful energy into momentum, in a short time released to produce huge impulse, in order to achieve the purpose of cleaning the filter bag. A chamber with a piston rod is called a rod cavity, and a chamber without a piston rod is called a rodless cavity. When compressed air is input from the air chimney at the end of the rodless cavity, if the force of air pressure acting on the left end face of the piston overcomes various reaction forces such as motion friction and load, when the piston advances, the air in the rod cavity is discharged through the end of the chimney, so that the piston rod extends out. Solenoid valve The solenoid valve is a step-by-step action direct pilot operated solenoid valve, which can be divided into normally closed solenoid valve and normally open solenoid valve according to the different open and closed states when the power is cut off. Normally closed solenoid valve, after the coil is energized, the armature first drives the sub-valve plug under the action of electromagnetic force to lift, the fluid on the main valve cup flows away through the sub-valve, reducing the pressure acting on the main valve cup, when the pressure on the main valve cup is reduced to a certain value, the armature drives the main valve disc, and uses the pressure difference to make the main valve cup open, the medium flow. After the coil is de-energized, the electromagnetic force disappears, and the armature is reset due to its own weight. At the same time, depending on the medium pressure, the main and auxiliary valves can be closed tightly. Normally open solenoid valve, after the coil is energized due to the suction effect, the moving iron core is moved down, the sub-valve plug is pressed down, the sub-valve is closed, the pressure in the main valve cup rises, when the pressure rises to a certain value, the upper and lower pressure difference of the main valve cup is the same, due to the electromagnetic force, the moving iron core pushes the main valve valve cup down, presses the main valve seat, and the valve is closed. When the coil is powered off, the electromagnetic suction force is zero, the sub-valve plug and the moving iron core are lifted up due to the action of the spring, the sub-valve is opened, the fluid on the main valve disc flows away through the sub-valve, reducing the pressure acting on the main valve cup, when the pressure on the main valve disc is reduced to a certain value, the pressure difference is used to push the main valve disc up, the solenoid valve opens, and the medium flows. |
