Resource Utilization and Disposal of Incineration Fly Ash
Brief Process Description: Fly ash water washing is a process of removing soluble chlorides from fly ash through water washing. After achieving the standard for chloride removal, the fly ash can be recycled as a resource or undergo melting disposal. The high-salt content fly ash washing solution undergoes pretreatment, followed by evaporation and crystallization to recover sodium chloride and potassium chloride resources. The evaporated condensate serves as wash water, returning to the front-end process for recycling. The disposal system mainly consists of four units: fly ash water washing unit, water treatment unit, evaporation and salt production unit, and kiln feeding and other auxiliary units. The entire process generates no exhaust gas and wastewater discharge, enabling the complete harmless, reduced, and resource-oriented disposal of fly ash with vast market prospects.
Municipal Sludge Resource Utilization and Disposal
The Sludge MVR (Mechanical Vapor Recompression) Drying System primarily combines MVR technology, which utilizes the energy of self-generated secondary steam, with the traditional thermal drying process. It recovers the secondary steam produced during the sludge drying process using MVR technology and continuously supplies heat to the drying machine through a heat exchange self-circulation system, thereby achieving energy-saving, low-carbon, and highly efficient purposes.

The Sludge MVR Drying System operates without a pre-fermentation process, avoids the use of additives like lime, adopts indirect heating, and achieves semi-drying and full drying without the need for reblending of dried sludge. It operates under negative pressure with no odor overflow. It can reduce the sludge moisture content from 80% to 10%-40%. Its advantages include a small footprint, high processing capacity, low energy consumption, and a high level of automation.
Waste Salt Recycling & Zero Discharge
The CDSC waste salt disposal technology removes organic substances through carbonization, then further eliminates impurities such as heavy metals, calcium, and magnesium through dissolution. After purification based on phase diagrams, it undergoes salt separation and purification techniques like evaporation, freeze crystallization, or membrane concentration to ultimately produce products. Waste salt resource utilization is the ultimate direction to fundamentally solve the waste salt disposal problem.

The waste salt undergoes high-temperature carbonization at around 500-700℃ in the carbonization furnace for approximately 2 hours to remove organic substances. It is then sent to the subsequent dissolution and impurity removal unit. The carbonization exhaust gas passes through a secondary combustion chamber at 1100℃ to remove dioxins. Heat recovery is done through waste heat boilers and hot air heat exchangers. The exhaust gas is then rapidly cooled to below 200℃ in a rapid cooling tower for a retention time of ≤2s. After that, it goes through desulfurization with lime, desorption with activated carbon, bag dust removal, and is discharged to the atmosphere after achieving compliance through the final alkaline spray gas absorption tower.
