Landfill gas, petroleum associated gas and other biogas contain silicone components. Although the silicone component is low in content, it is decomposed into white powder by high temperature combustion, which seriously damages the generator and also becomes a generator. The key is to remove the siloxane by two methods, one is freeze desiliconization and the other is activated carbon adsorption desiliconization.

Biogas purification-decarburization
The biogas is rich in methane and contains a large amount of carbon dioxide. If the biogas is purified to pipeline natural gas or vehicle natural gas, the natural gas standard requires that the carbon dioxide component of the gas be less than 3%, and the carbon dioxide in the biogas is removed. Decarburization has two methods: amine decarburization and adsorption decarburization. The amine method has high decarburization efficiency and the efficiency can reach more than 99%. Amine decarburization uses an amine solution to absorb carbon dioxide in the gas, and then regenerates the solution by heating and circulation, without methane loss, and low energy consumption. At the same time, the decarburizing liquid is also able to absorb a part of hydrogen sulfide and other acidic substances.

Depending on the production process, the biogas also contains an indeterminate amount of oxygen, so that the purified biogas reaches the natural gas standard. The oxygen in the biogas must be removed and the removal of oxygen is a decisive step in the purification process. The catalytic combustion deoxidation method removes a small amount of oxygen in the biogas by means of catalytic combustion, thereby achieving the "natural gas" GB17820-2012 standard.

Coalbed methane is called coal mine gas in coal mines. According to the results of the new resource evaluation, China's onshore CBM resources are 36.8 trillion cubic meters, which is equivalent to the conventional onshore natural gas resources (38 trillion cubic meters), second only to Russia and Canada. The main component of coalbed methane is methane. When the concentration of methane in the air reaches 5%-16%, it will explode when exposed to open flame, which is the root cause of coal mine gas explosion accident. Coalbed methane is not used and is directly discharged into the atmosphere, and its greenhouse effect is about 21 times that of carbon dioxide. Coal mine gas power generation can effectively solve coal mine gas accidents, improve coal mine safety production conditions, and help increase clean energy supply, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and achieve multiple goals of protecting lives, protecting resources, and protecting the environment.

Low-concentration gas accounts for a large proportion of gas drainage. Because the methane content of low-concentration gas is within the explosion limit, this has stricter requirements for the delivery of low-concentration gas. The low-concentration gas transmission system usually uses fine water. Fog transport, a large amount of water mist enters the generator set with low-concentration gas, causing damage to the generator set. The most frequent damage is the immersion emulsification of engine oil.
The low-concentration gas dehydration unit can be matched with 500Hz/1000KW/1500KW and other low-concentration gas generators, and can be provided in two types: squat type and factory type.

Dry desulfurization is to remove H2S from biogas by using desulfurizer. The desulfurizer mainly includes activated carbon, iron oxide, zinc oxide, etc., which can satisfy coarse desulfurization (H2S≤20mg/m3) and semi-fine desulfurization (H2S≤5mg/m3). The requirements are applicable to the occasions where the gas volume is not large, and it is also suitable for the fine desulfurization after wet desulfurization.

The wet oxidation method absorbs H2S in a gas stream by a weak alkaline solution containing an oxidizing agent, and the oxygen carrier in the solution oxidizes H2S into a simple substance S, and the solution is circulated by air regeneration, and the method combines desulfurization and elemental sulfur recovery into one. It can meet the requirements of crude desulfurization (H2S≤20mg/m3), and is suitable for the occasions where the gas volume is large or the H2S content in the raw material gas is high, and it is also suitable for the desulfurization of coalbed methane.

The mobile torch is an open-type torch. It adopts a four-wheeled trailer type and can move freely under the traction force according to the position of the air intake point.

The solar torch is based on the product developed by the high-altitude torch. It solves the problem of no external power supply for special occasions. The product is equipped with solar panels and batteries to meet the self-running power of the torch.
