VOCs On-line Monitoring
DC-Duncheng 2018 On-line Monitoring system is a VOCs on-line monitoring product based on micro-electro-mechanical system technology. The system uses Internet of Things technology, wireless communication technology, GIS development technology and cloud computing technology to achieve high-performance VOCs online monitoring, data acquisition and transmission. This system can measure the VOCs concentration and many parameters (temperature, humidity, flow rate or flow rate, switch status, etc.) in the exhaust gas, realize remote monitoring, ensure that the equipment is in a monitoring and easy monitoring state at all times, and ensure the stable discharge of exhaust gas to the standard. At the same time, the mobile terminal provides on-demand service, and the data can be viewed in real time through the micro-terminal, so as to realize intelligent management, reduce operating costs and reduce the burden of enterprises.

RCO Regenerative Catalytic Combustion
RCO is the abbreviation of regenerative catalytic combustion. The catalytic combustion device consists of main engine, fan and electronic control cabinet. It mainly consists of heat exchanger, catalytic bed, electric heating element, flame retarder and explosion-proof pressure relief device, over-temperature alarm and advanced automatic control system.
Organic gases resolved by saturated adsorbents are fed into the purifying device through desorption fan. Firstly, they are fed into the fire-retardant system, then into the heat exchanger, and then into the heating chamber. Through the heating device, the gases reach the combustion reaction temperature. Then, through the role of catalytic bed, the organic gases are decomposed into CO2 and H2O, and then into the heating chamber. The heat exchanger enters the heat exchanger and exchanges with the low-temperature gas to raise the temperature of the gas to the reaction temperature. If the reaction temperature is not reached, the heating system can realize compensation heating through the central control system, and the organic waste gas can be treated by self-balance.
RCO has the following six characteristics: easy operation: automatic control when the equipment is working; waste heat can be reused: waste heat can be recovered, but also can be used as heat source in other areas; no secondary pollution: the product is carbon dioxide and water, no nitrogen oxide production; safe and reliable operation: with fire retardant, explosion-proof and pressure relief, overtemperature alarm and first. Wet Electrostatic Precipitators
Wet static electricity is a new dedusting equipment used to treat micro-dust and micro-particles. It is mainly used to remove harmful substances such as dust, acid mist, water droplets, aerosol, odor, PM2.5 in humid gas, and it is also an ideal equipment to control air dust pollution.
The equipment is composed of high-voltage electrostatic tube bundles. High-voltage electrostatic tube bundles capture dust by using electrons emitted from cathode in high-voltage electric field and negative ions produced by electrons colliding with air molecules, make particles charged, and then use the effect of electric field to make charged particles adsorbed by anode in order to achieve removal and purification.
Wet electrostatic has the following advantages: continuous work, automatic cleaning; high safety of negative high voltage corona; high purification efficiency, large dust area; low pressure loss, simple operation, low energy consumption; small wind resistance, high energy efficiency, high stability, corrosion resistance; no moving parts, no secondary dust, low maintenance costs; wide range of use, It can capture particles, high temperature smoke, dust, oil and water mist acid mist.
Its scope of application includes:
(1) Particle dust with particle size less than 0.1 um and flue gas below 80 C can be trapped, and the removal efficiency of particulate matter can be more than 99%.
(2) Wet electrostatic purifier can effectively remove smoke, but it can not completely remove odor and odor, only a part of odor can be removed;
(3) Removable smoke includes black smoke, oil smoke and white smoke visible to the naked eye;
(4) Wet electrostatic is not suitable for the treatment of halogen-containing waste gases, such as hydrogen fluoride, hydrogen bromide and other halogen compounds.
Efficient Paint Remover
Efficient paint remover is a new type of filter dedusting and paint stripping device. It has the characteristics of high purification efficiency, small size, large filtering area, low pressure loss, high paint stripping efficiency, quick installation and maintenance, and continuous use.
The scope of application of the product is as follows: water-based paint and paint, paint mist removal rate > 90%; for UV paint and PU paint, paint mist removal rate reaches 80%; if used in the pretreatment of microbial treatment equipment, the acidity and alkalinity of the gas can be adjusted; air-water mixing rate reaches 100%, effectively reducing gas temperature and removing macromolecular particles.
The product features also include high efficiency of treatment, full contact between rotating water flow and exhaust gas; long service life, stainless steel body, no internal wear and tear; just pull out mechanical mist eliminator cleaning, no need to enter the main body of equipment overhaul; simple maintenance, no need to be responsible for maintenance, hydroelectric part-time inspection equipment. Operation condition, cleaning and maintenance; simple operation, only need to clean the paint slag of the circulating pool artificially, the paint slag will be floating in the circulating pool; high safety, high efficiency paint stripping tower is a wet water washing filtration and purification equipment, water as the filter carrier, no waste gas concentration, especially for flammable and explosive pollutants waste. Gas can effectively reduce its risk.
RTO Regenerative Incinerator
RTO is the abbreviation of regenerative incinerator. The main structure of RTO is the regenerator and combustion chamber with honeycomb ceramic regenerator. To meet the regenerative requirements, two or more regenerators are set up. Each regenerator undergoes the procedure of "regenerative-exothermic-cleaning" in turn. At present, it is one of the mature technologies with wide application, good treatment effect and stable operation.
The VOC removal rate of the product can reach 95% (two chambers) to 99% (three chambers), and the heat transfer efficiency can reach 95%. The treatment capacity is divided into two stages. The air volume of three-chamber RTO treatment can reach 100 000 Nm3/h, and that of five-chamber RTO treatment can reach 200 000 Nm3/h.
RTO process has the advantages of simple operation, large treatment capacity and low organic content, and has better effect. It has wide application scope, and can adapt to the fluctuation of VOCs composition and concentration in waste gas. It is suitable for treating organic waste gas with 2-8 g/m3 concentration and 12 g/m3 for low calorific value gas, especially for incineration of refractory components. At the same time, the high heat recovery efficiency of RTO can significantly reduce the use of supplementary fuel, thus saving operating costs.
